This Privacy Statement Forms Part of the Perana Set Design Privacy Policies. If You Do Not Agree With Any Term Of This Privacy Statement, You Must Cease Your Access Of This Website Immediately.

  1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1. “Perana Set Design” means the Perana Set Design (Pty) Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (hereinafter referred to as “Perana Set Design”).

Personal information will only be processed for a purpose compatible with that for which it was collected, unless you have agreed to an alternative purpose in writing or the Perana Set Design is permitted in terms of national legislation of general application dealing primarily with the protection of personal information as per section 3.

4.2.4. Perana Set Design will not disclose any personal information relating to you to any third party unless your prior written agreement is obtained or Perana Set Design is required to do so by law as per section 3.

4.2.5. If personal information is released with your consent Perana Set Design will retain a record of the information released, the third party to which it was released, the reason for the release and the date of release.

4.3. Note that, as permitted by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, Perana Set Design may use personal information collected to compile profiles for statistical purposes. No information contained in the profiles or statistics will be able to be linked to any specific user.

    Perana Set Design (or our associated or affiliated companies or third parties who have licensed its brands to Company or contributed to this Site) (“Content Owner”) own or license from third parties all Site Content. All Site Content remains the sole property of the applicable Content Owner and is protected under all relevant Copyright, Trademark and other applicable laws. Nothing on the Site should be construed as granting any license or rights to use or distribute any Site Content, without our express written agreement or of the other applicable Content Owner.

    If for any reason, any provision herein is found void or unenforceable, it will be severed to the extent void or unenforceable and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

If Perana Set Design cannot provide access to your personal information, it will provide you with the reasons why. Depending on the nature of the request, Perana Set Design may charge for providing access to your personal information, however such charge will not be excessive.
